Plain-English rules for everything sold on this site. If something here and a product page ever disagree, the version better for you applies.

Subscriptions
- You agree to the renewal terms with a checkbox before you pay, and you get an email with those terms and a cancel link.
- For the Club's $1 first month, we email you a reminder before the first $59 charge.
- Yearly plans get a reminder before each renewal.
- Nothing that comes included with a purchase (like StartWise Premium with the Skill Pack or the Sprint) renews by itself.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you paid with, and say what you bought. No forms, no hoops. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
What we never do
- Take equity, a success fee or a percentage of what you raise.
- Sell investor introductions. Intros are free and never part of a paid product.
- Promise funding. Guarantees cover being ready to pitch, never raising money.
