Do you take equity or a percentage of my raise?
No. Sessions and Raise Partner are flat fees. I never take a success fee or a cut of what you raise.
Why do I have to apply?
So the hour goes to your raise, not to background. If a session isn't the right fit yet, I'll point you to what is.
What should I bring?
Your deck, your model if you have one, and your investor list. If you haven't yet, take the free Investor Exam first.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, up to 24 hours before the call, from your StartWise booking.
Is this investment or legal advice?
No. It's strategy and feedback on your raise from a founder. For legal and tax questions, use your lawyer and accountant.
